What You Will Do

Your key responsibilities in this role

Plan, execute, and monitor assigned projects to ensure deliverables are within scope, budget, and schedule.
Lead a team of developers, including reviewing pull requests from junior and mid-level developers before merging.
Take ownership of programming, architectural design, and resolving complex technical issues.
Prepare and manage comprehensive technical and user documentation.
Research, propose, and implement new technologies to improve system architecture and development processes.

What We Are Looking For

Required skills and qualifications

4 years of hands-on experience in JavaScript and Typescript software development.
Good working experience with Typescript, NodeJS (ExpessJS, NestJS), RESTful APIs, and related technologies.
Good working experience with No-SQL (MongoDB) and RDBMS (MySQL) databases.
Strong experience and a deep understanding of Object-Oriented
Programming (OOP), Algorithms & Structures. Proficient with source/version control tools such as Git.
Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
A team player with strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Good English communication skills.
